Distant Reiki treatments are an effective and convenient way to receive support on a variety of levels within the comfort of your own space, without the need to travel to a practitioner. Reiki therapy can be offered remotely, via online meetings, over the telephone, or even be received at a pre-scheduled time of your choosing, without requirement to connect with your practitioner at the time of treatment.

 Everything in our physical experience, within and around us, is energetic matter. We are energetic matter; and it is matter - that material aspect of our experience - which we are generally focused on. As such, we can overlook or forget altogether the energetic aspect of our experience, of ourselves. 

   

   There's more connecting us in our physical experience than proximity. The distance or disconnection that we may perceive between ourselves - as matter - is simply that: a perception. The universal energy inherent in all that exists binds us as one. Therefore, it is precisely because we are energetic matter, with the one energy - i.e. life force, ki - existing through all of us, that we are in continuous, direct being with everything and everyone, regardless of a physical position or perspective in the material plane.

 

    Simply stated, the work of Reiki practice is energetic, and the physical distance between practitioner and recipient makes no difference, because it can't; energetically, it doesn't exist.
